Hey there!

Hi, I’m Rachel and I’m passionate about children’s books and about children enjoying books and reading. Books open up new worlds to us; let us learn more about ourselves and others; fire our imaginations; and make us think, laugh and cry. For as long as I can remember, I have loved books. My childhood was shaped by them and, as an adult, books continue to bring me joy and escape. As a mother, the connection I’ve enjoyed through sharing stories with my son will always be something I treasure.

By writing this blog, I hope to share my passion for reading and to get kids into books. Thanks for visiting!
